Cristy Johnston Limón, Principal, Change Maker
Serial social sector leader, Cristy brings over 15 years of experience building, growing, and innovating at several beloved Bay Area community, arts and cultural institutions. Her approach combines creativity, compassion, and curiosity with real-world experience leading organizations towards sustainability. Executive coach, organizational development master, and connector, Cristy’s approach is practical, creative, and kind.
Tom Limon, Commercial Broker, Wish Maker
Sarah believes passionately that movement practices must be part of all movements for social change. Sarah has consulted for the Hewlett Foundation, St. Mary’s College, Dance Mission Theater (Liberation Academy), the Othering and Belonging Institute, Movement Liberation and The World As It Could Be, leading team building, curriculum writing, group facilitation, arts festival and conference curation, and public speaking centering racial justice, equity, and joy.
Formerly Artistic Director at Destiny Arts Center in Oakland, CA she also served as Executive Director from 2002-2007. She founded and co-directed the Destiny Arts Youth Performance Company from 1993-2020, which has been the subject of two documentary films, and won the National Arts & Humanities Youth Program Award. Sarah has facilitated arts integration, violence prevention, cultural humility and team building professional development sessions with artists and educators since 2000, both locally and nationally. She is the recipient of the KPFA Peace award, the KQED Women’s History Local Hero award, the Bay Area Dance Week award, the Alameda County Arts Leadership award, and the National Guild for Community Arts Education Milestone award. She is also a four-time finalist for a Tony Award for Excellence in Theater Education.
Over 20 years of experience as a social impact real estate project manager, developer and broker. Tom has a gift for matching clients with resources, properties, and networks to build on their real estate dreams.
Tom is an Oakland native, a Planning Commissioner for the City of Oakland, and active with several civic and volunteer organizations with deep ties in Oakland and the Bay Area’s investment and growth.
